Halima Sends Apology To Goodluck Jonathan, Provokes Reaction From Omotola

A lady by the name Halima Waziri has sent an apology to former president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan for criticizing him while he was in office, only to realize that he was far better than the current leadership of the country.

Her apology reads: Dear former president Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan GCFR, GCON.
My name is Halima waziri I will like to use this medium to officially apologize to you for criticizing and condemning your administration in the year 2015.
Until after you left office that i realized the kind of person exactly you were.
you are indeed a man of integrity not acclaimed integrity,
you are a real Democrat not a dictator.
Looking at what is happening with our Democratic system today I recalled one of your post on your Facebook wall on 8th Jan.2015 which you wrote:
“My dear Facebook friends,
I have said it before and I will continue to say and live by the fact that my ambition, and indeed the ambition of anybody, is not worth the blood of any Nigerian. Therefore, I urge all Nigerians to look forward in hope as we fulfill the dreams of our founding fathers to ‘build a nation where peace and Justice reign.
In that regard, we must make the election of February 14th, 2015, a contest amongst brothers rather than a struggle between foes.
The apology has however sparked a reaction from movie star, Omotola Jalade who was of the opinion that there was nothing to apologize about has the Goodluck administration had its own flaws.

According to Omotola “This in itself is a problem. There is nothing to apologize for. That Administration(Jonathan’s) was wasteful. Although it was a way better time than now, it was not the best for Nigerians anyway. We cannot want a one eyed cause its better than a blind. We must value ourselves to want Full vision.
